On the afternoon of February 23rd, Venti Oelde China organized the first phase of training for 2024. 

This training is one of the series of training courses for onboarding people, and the lecturer is Ms. Wang Yi, an elite lawyer from Shanghai Bohe Hanshang (Changzhou) Law Firm. She gave a legal knowledge lecture titled "Risk Control of Contracts". The new people attended this lecture on-site at the Sino-Germany (Changzhou) Center, while people from other regions also participated through video conferencing.

During the Q&A session, Ms. Wang answered the questions raised by the participants one by one.

At the end of the lecture, the general manager, Mr. Zhang Shihai, also shared his insights on the business terms in the contract based on his own work practice.

Through this training, Venti’s new people have gained legal knowledge and improved their awareness of risk control.
