Founded in 1930, Venti Oelde is based in the city of Oelde in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

In June 2022, a wholly owned subsidiary of Venti Oelde, Venti Oelde (Jiangsu) Air Handling Equipment Co., Ltd, was established in the Sino-German (Changzhou) Innovation Park, striving to bring quality products and services to customers in China.
